I woke up this morning thinking that I was having a "heat flash". Here Chuck thought I was cold and covered me with his electric blanket. LOL!! He so sweet....
He had a typical night, I think his back kidney lines get "tugged" while he sleeps and it becomes painful. The draining has decreased considerably and we "think" this is a good thing. The color looks better so it seems like the bladder medicines is already working....
I was able to get him out today to Lowes. He has to wear a face mask but he enjoys riding those electic carts through the store. We actually made it to two stores with those electric carts. It was a day at the Great Adventure for him....LOL!!!
We have a visit to the Labs tomorrow then the rest of day is ours..
The Hope Lodge is having a "yard sale" here tomorrow. You should some the antique pieces they have from the original homes. Today, the house was full of volunteers who cleaned the four kitchens top to bottom emptying and scrubbing every cabinet and door. They even cleaned the outside of all the windows. People continue to surprise me........

I am really happy to note that Chuck is feeling well. I think he has really enjoyed the trip to the store. In my view elderly patients like him will really enjoy their moments outside the hospital room. It will go a long way in facilitating a speedy recovery. The author points out that he is indeed surprised by the reaction of volunteers who cleaned the entire house. I think God will continue to give surprises to people who are really good at heart.
